Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win met the Tatmadaw officers, other ranks and their families at Yanaungmyin Hall in Mandalay Station and Myanmar Police Force members and families of Mandalay Region Police Chief’s Office and their families at Yethurain Hall this afternoon.

Vice-Senior General's wife Daw Than Than Nwe, Commander of Central Command Brig-Gen Ko Ko Oo and wife, senior military officers from Office of Commander-in-Chief (Army), officers, other ranks and families of Mandalay Station, and Myanmar Police Force members and families of Mandalay Region Police Chief’s Office were also present at the meetings.

At the meetings, the Vice-Senior General briefed that the then Union Election Commission fail to addressthe huge error of over 10.4 million suspicious votes in 2020 general election, that the Hluttaw and Government also rejected the calls to solve the issue and to hold a National Defence and Security Council meeting to solve the problem, that the Tatmadaw had to take all responsibilities of the State under the 2008 Constitution starting from Feb 1 since there were attempts to forcefully take over the power of State, and that the State Administration Council was set up during the period prescribed in

the Constitutionto adopt and carry out the five future programmes for the flourishing of the State's democracy. He also told them to be aware of statements issued by opposition organizations and reports of one-sided media organizations to be able to differentiate between what is right and what is wrong.

And, he also said talks of the persons who saw the 1988 Crisis are being issued or aired by the State-owned media to understand the lessons of the past and indivisible internal unity must be built and duties must be shared between the subordinates and superiors through coordination. The Vice-Senior General spoke of to stay away from unhealthy lifestyles and unhealthy habits such as drinking as one can serve duties well only if he is healthy.

Then, the Vice-Senior General and wife gave foodstuffs produced by the Tatmadaw factories and gifts and cash to officers, other ranks and families of Mandalay Station and Myanmar Police Force members and families of Mandalay Region Police Chief’s Office and cordially greeted the attendees.
