THE Ministry of Health has exercised its rights stipulated in Article 219th (b) of the Prevention and Control of Communicable Diseases Law to issue this order.
(1)The Ministry of Health has recently issued orders not to gather more than 50 people except for exceptional cases to prevent the spread of the disease concerning the Coronavirus Disease 2019-COVID-19.
(2) Due to the current situation of the COVID-19 outbreak at present, from 30-10-2021, it was amended not to gather more than 100 people instead of 50 except for the exceptions mentioned in these orders.
(3)Failure to comply with the instructions, orders issued by the Ministry of Health and the Public Health Department regarding the COVID-19 disease will result in legal action under the existing laws.
