Magway region chief minister meets teachers in Magway

MAGWAY Region Chief Minister U Tint Lwin accompanied by Magway Region government officials met teachers and the school principal of the Basic Education High School (4) in Magway on 29 October.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister said basic education schools across the country will be reopened starting from 1 November, adding that it is necessary to reopen the schools in Magway Region under the COVID-19 preventive measures set by the Ministry of Health so that students can study safely. He urged them to convince students over the age of 12 to be vaccinated against COVID-19, as well as to put on masks systematically.
Afterwards, Chief Minister U Tint Lwin and party donated books for the school library.
