With the malpractice of the voting list, the attempt came out to take the three powers of the State and so the Tatmadaw requested to find solutions to that but the official organizations at that time ignored the issue and request.

Despite implementation of the Five-Point Roadmap and the 12 objectives, it was to implement the current five-point roadmap and the nine objectives according to the changed situation on August 1, 2023. As solutions have been already found regarding the three points- malpractice in the previous election, the pandemic control and prevention and the relevant economic recovery these days, the current nine-point objective is being implemented to ensure that nation building tasks based on the genuine and disciplined multi-party democracy and federalism is being carried out to make sure of rule of law of the entire nation and improvement of socio-economic life of the people.

In doing so, the SAC is making efforts to enhance the two national objectives that are to ensure prosperity and security of food, water, basic needs of the nation. The multi-party democracy system is the option according to the people’s wish and was exercised in the two government terms. This is not ignored.

Despite that there have been political and economic sanctions on our country, all the citizens are working together with our government in unity.

Therefore, our country has achieved economic growth to some extent when the world nations face international conflicts and economic crises.

Regarding peace, stability is essential for the country's development. Therefore, efforts are being made to form the National Unity and Peace Making Coordination Committee to achieve lasting peace nationwide.

We have signed the peace agreement for the whole country to live in peace and stability, and we will continue to negotiate with the ethnic armed organizations, which signed the NCA, in accordance with the agreement. The 8th NCA anniversary ceremony will be held in Nay Pyi Taw on October 15. For perpetual peace, the State and the Tatmadaw are always inviting open and transparent discussions with the remaining groups to sign and the right to formally request their wishes through the Hluttaw, including the NCA.

The ultimate goal of the national government, which is one of the important factors for the success of the general election, is that "We are preparing to ensure that the rights of all those who have the right to vote are not harmed and that the general election is conducted in a fair and proper manner."

All those who have the right to vote are able to vote freely and the right election is the most important thing, and efforts are being made.

Electoral legal regulations and the laws on the registration of parties, which are also required by the Union Election Commission, are being prepared to ensure in the 2020 general election, which will be handled by the State Administration Council that there are no errors and not tarnish the country's democratic history. Everyone who has the right to vote involuntarily can only cast one vote at a time. National ID verification is done nationwide using IT technology, to ensure that there are no defects such as wrong ID cards, overlapping and discrepancies. The census of the population and household contents, which is necessary for the implementation of successive national government projects, is also being carried out in 2024 as the pre-2024 period. Starting from October 1, the pilot test for nationwide census has been started, and the national government's five-point roadmap is being discussed in detail.

After that, regarding the participation of the Tatmadaw, the Vice-Senior General said that the responsibility of every member of the Tatmadaw is the responsibility of national defense. Based on the three main functions, the country's five-point roadmap and nine objectives, two political visions and two national goals, the military personnel must fulfill their assigned responsibilities.

In order to carry out such duties, it is important to improve fighting power and fighting ability.

PyinOoLwin Military Station is a large station that is systematically producing the human resources of the Tatmadaw and is producing advanced human resources. It is also a station that provides necessary courses for the armed forces that are helping to fully protect the land, water and air territories of the state. As the coaches from various training schools in the station, it is necessary to constantly study and learn in order to be full of knowledge.

As for the officials who are under command and control, we need to treat the officers and other ranks as our own families and pay attention to their welfare. Officers and other ranks need to carry out their duties honestly and correctly.

In order to do so, it is necessary to learn how to use one's own income and expenditure fairly, and officials will also need to provide welfare services. It is also needed to make balance income and expenditure and officers, other ranks and families needed to follow to deal with matters related to social issue and gambling including alcohol, cigarette and betel chewing practices that can be spent as necessary to save money.

In addition to this, they need to act with their conscience for the policy of family-owned agricultural and breeding businesses that can generate additional income and support food. Only then one will be able to carry out the duties given to him without reason. In building the Tatmadaw into an army superior to its capabilities, it is the station that produces important human resources, and they need to serve with pride in their duties, the Vice-Senior General said.

After the meeting, it is reported that the Vice-Senior General provided foodstuffs to the station commandant for the officers, other ranks and families in the station and the wife of the Vice-Senior General gave the grant money and the wife of the commandant received it.
