Chairman of the State Administration Council Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing received Kayin ethnic leader Saw Mutu Sae Poe and party, who attended the 8th anniversary of Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement (NCA), at the parlor of Bayintnaung Villa here this morning.
Also present at the meeting together with the Senior General were Lt-Gen Ye Win Oo from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief, Chairman of National Solidarity and Peacemaking Negotiation Committee Lt-Gen Yar Pyae and senior military officers. Saw Mutu Sae Poe was accompanied by Kawkareik District Chair Pado Shwe Moung.
At the meeting, cordial discussions were centered on the success of the eighth anniversary of Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement (NCA), the need to lead the peace-loving Kayin people as their leader for restoring peace in Kayin State, endeavors for social, economic, health and regional development of Keying people in the state, education promotion undertakings for ethnic peoples, and collective efforts for peace and stability of Kaylin State.
