Chairman of State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing makes inspection of tour of Pwekauk Waterfall (B.E Falls) Resort

    Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, together with his wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla, Joint Secretary of the Council Lt-Gen Ye Win Oo and wife, Council member Lt-Gen Nyo Saw and wife, Union ministers, Mandalay Region Chief Minister U Myo Aung, Senior military officers from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of Defence, the mayor of Mandalay and officials, visited the Pwekauk Waterfall (B.E Falls) Resort in PyinOoLwin this morning, and inspected maintenance tasks.

First, the Senior General, wife and party arrived at B.E Falls Resort and were welcomed by officials.

Next, the Senior General and party passed through the glass bridge inside the resort, watched the skills demonstrations of the baby elephants and fed them. They then took a sky cable car ride looking round in the resort.

During the inspection tour, the Senior General called for measures to ensure that the B.E Falls resort is always clean, beautiful and green for the people to relax, to plant trees and flowers in an orderly manner, to improve the roads and bridges, to maintain the cleanliness of the creek and to ensure that the water is clean and clear. He also gave other necessary instructions.

For the rest and recreation of visitors, the waterfall has been upgraded with a glass bridge, suspension bridges, log houses, coffee shops, forest paths, recreational areas, children's playgrounds and a 554-meter-long sky cable way. Visitors can also enjoy the scenic beauty by riding a sky cable car.
