Delegation led by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister pays courtesy call on SAC Chairman Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing

Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing received a delegation led by Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation H.E. Mr. Andrey Rudenko at the Credentials Hall of the SAC Chairman’s Office here this afternoon.
Also present together with the Senior General were SAC Joint Secretary Lt-Gen Ye Win Oo, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U han Swe, Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister U Lwin Oo and officials. The ussian Deputy Foreign Minister was accompanied by Russian Ambassador to Myanmar H.E.Mr. Iskander Azizov and officials.
In their meeting, both sides cordially discussed the long and strong diplomatic relations between Myanmar and Russia, and the further improved friendshipand cooperation, the two countries' leaders and high-ranking officials visiting each other on friendly trips, the running of flights between the two countriesto improve bilateral tourism and trade activities, cooperation in the peaceful use of nuclear technology, cooperation in the development of the social andeducation sectors, cooperation plans for obtaining sufficient fertilizers for Myanmar and hydroelectric power and solar power generation, and further developing friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
After the meeting, the Senior General and the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister exchanged souvenirs and posed for a documentary photo.
