The Senior General recognized all Tatmadaw members for their dutiful service assigned by the State and Tatmadaw with perseverance and diligence and relentless efforts in its long history. Public Relations affects military-civilian relations and physholical warfare is capable of building the Tatmadaw (Army, Navy and Air) with morale to be one with the people as the Tatmadaw was born of the people. Public relations and psychological warfare units have to always study appropriate knowledge and technologies for successfully serving public relations, psychological measures, educational and organi[1]zational processes which are missions of the corps. But, servants from the public relations and psychological warfare corps were urged to steadfastly serve their assigned duties to further enhance patriotism, national belief and perceptions of Tatmadaw members, families and entire people.

It can be seen that members of the corps accepting the national policies of the State are serving their duties for enhancement of education standard of Tatmadaw members and families, ensuring military unity, and sharpening fight spirit of Tatmadaw members in frontlines by applying their talent and skills in literature, music, fine arts and media techniques.

All combat organizational training schools have to emphasize enhancement of fighting spirit of all Tatmadaw members through fine arts performances as well as organizational training. It is necessary to foster patriotism and spirit of defending the State in mindsets of newly recruited persons who will serve people’s military services in the future while training new generation citizens who will serve military service in the future.

As corps of public relations and psychological welfare are units formed with intellectuals and technicians based on artistic nature, unity in the units is important. It is necessary to perform assigned duties responsibly pivoting not on strengths of individuals but on team work. Efforts must be made to consolidate national pride of the country, the Tatmadaw and the entire national people by integrating correct consciousness and firm convictions and power of skills each one of you has learnt.

The units are required to study international and contemporary affairs without losing sight to preserve their history and fine traditions and to accomplish their original mission. While the Tatmadaw has been protecting the country and the people from any danger, each and every member of the units are required to exert efforts constantly to improve their know[1]ledge and skills so that public relations and psychological warfare units can become corps that can be relied on by the Tatmadaw. All units are earnestly urged to contribute to the future journey of the country by upholding Our Three Main National Causes, which is the national policy of the country and the people.
