Vice Chairman of State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Vice-Senior General Soe Win addresses review meeting on 74th Anniversary Independence Day celebrations

A review meeting on the 2022 74th Anniversary Independence Day celebrations was held at the Office of Vice Chairman of State Administration Council this afternoon with an address by Chairman of 74th Anniversary Independence Day Observance Central Committee Vice Chairman of SAC Deputy Prime Minister Vice-Senior General Soe Win.

Also present were Union ministers U Wunna Maung Lwin, Lt-Gen Yar Pyae, U Maung Maung Ohn and U Min Thein Zan, Chairman of Nay Pyi Taw Council Dr Maung Maung Naing, Commander of Nay Pyi Taw Command Maj-Gen Zaw Hein, deputy ministers Maj-Gen Soe Tint Naing, U Zaw Win and Dr Aye Tun and officials. Invited guests attended the meeting through video conferencing.

The Vice-Senior General said the 74th Anniversary Independence Day could be held successfully.

Likewise, the Diamond Jubilee Union Day was held on a grand scale. Preparations for the successful performance of the work were made through coordination to hold the ceremony.

As there were advantages and weaknesses, advantages should be applied in improving such occasions and the weaknesses should be corrected through coordination.

The meeting was held to identify the difficulties of the respective subcommittees and the sectors that must be carried out through coordination in the future occasions. As the coming Independence Day will be the Diamond Jubilee, preparations based on the advantages and disadvantages of this year’s ceremony must be made to observe a grand ceremony.

presented sectorwise reports. The Vice-Senior General looked into the requirements.

The meeting ended with concluding remarks by the Vice-Senior General.
