On 12 December, the security forces received a tip-off that Khant Lin Naing  (aka) Ko Khant, a member of Bago PDF went to Mandalay from Bago by  express bus. Therefore, the combined security team conducted the inspection and arrested him at 158th-mile post of Yangon-Mandalay Expressway.

According to his confession, Myat Ko Ko Lin (aka) Min Phone Maha, Pyae Phyo Aung (aka) Ko  Pyae, Zin Win Tun and Aung Zar Tun were arrested at a hostel in Ward (6) of Bago together with various types firearms including mobile phones.

THE Appointment Ceremony of graduates from the 22nd Intake of Defence  Services Medical Academy as gazetted officers was held yesterday at the Convocation Hall of the academy.

The ceremony was attended by Military Appointment- General Lt-Gen Lin Aung of the Office of the Commander- in-Chief (Army), senior military officers, Acting Commandant of the Academy Colonel Zaw Mann Phyo and graduates.
